Since the inception of Lavey Craft in 1952 by founder Al Lavey (1926-2015), we have been known for our customer service, attention to details, superior quality, stunning gelcoat schemes, pristine rigging and installation, as well as plush ergonomics. Lavey Craft was bought in 1991 by brothers Jeff and Chris Camire, who have over 60 years of combined experience in all aspects of boat manufacturing and tooling.

In spite of the recent challenging economic times, Lavey Craft has continued to thrive. And what's still evident is that none of the Lavey Craft enthusiasm, or personal attention to customer needs and wants, has been diminished. When you purchase a new or pre-owned Lavey Craft, you automatically become part of a very large, and select, family of boaters who appreciate quality, value and performance. At Lavey Craft, safe family boating is our number one priority, although we also add performance and speed to that list when catering to racing enthusiasts.

Chris' creativity, vision, knowledge and work ethics make him a pioneer in the business. The quality of his work is top notch and his enthusiasm is contagious. He is sitting on a 28' Evo with closed cockpit.

Making the decision to buy a new boat is a major commitment. That's why we recommend researching your options very carefully. If you are a boater who demands maximum value, exceptional quality and proven performance, plus the personal attention that only Lavey Craft can deliver, we invite you to contact us for a shop tour at your convenience.

In 2013, Lavey Craft extended its engineering and experience to manufacture custom fiberglass body parts for off-road vehicles, aka SXS. We started with doors, and in 2015, we launched a full body kit for Polaris RZR® XP 1000. We have since then extended these unique offerings to Yamaha® and Arctic Cat®.

In 2015, Chris, continuing his passion, moved facilities a few miles away from its old location. His brother Jeff, along with his lovely wife Shauna, took a very well deserved retirement.

In April 2018, Lavey Craft partnered with Joe Malich from RPM Powerboats. The fabulous, and very fast, RPM 26' Redline Cat is now manufactured by Lavey Craft, and we are very excited by this addition.

Chris, along with his employees, his extremely talented brother Ron and their support team, are looking forward to many more years of sharing our excitement with you!

Extremely talented, designers, engineers, artists, visionaries, and always delivering the highest quality.

The Al Lavey era (1952 to 1991), and what an extraordinary one it was!
