Chris has been in the marine industry since 1982. Rumor has it he built his first boat in his garage. He started working for Laveycraft and, with his aptitude for mechanics, worked his way into rigging and installations. From Laveycraft, he worked for other custom boat manufactures as a rigger. Today, as a Co-owner of Laveycraft, he continues to have a hand in rigging every boat manufactured. His innovation and attention to detail have been commended many times, not just by customers and magazine evaluators, but by his peers in the boating industry.
Chris when not on the water or camping with his family, can be found with his brother and family in the desert driving sandrails and ATV’s.
